Tenant Find

With landlords in mind, our tenant find service gives you the confidence that your property will be let to a satisfactory, referenced tenant on a legally binding tenancy agreement.

  1. Tenant referencing, background, and sanction checks.
  2. Maximum exposure of major property portals and accompanied viewings.
  3. Compliant and legally binding tenancy agreement.

Full Management

Our full management service operates around the clock, from the time your property is first marketed until the deposit is returned, ensuring a seamless experience for landlords and tenants.

  1. Management of all compliance matters to help meet your legal safety obligations as a landlord.
  2. Handling all routine tenancy matters, including maintenance and repairs.
  3. Regular property inspections and reports.


Lettings Terms of Business

As from 14 May 2025 all letting agents will be subject to Financial Sanctions reporting obligations and therefore will be required to screen all potential Tenants, Landlords and other relevant parties against financial sanctions list before entering into contracts or accepting payments (regardless of rental value).



Inventory if required by Landlord

Preparing an Inventory and Schedule of Condition of the property. Dependent on the number of bedroom (s) and/or size of the property and outbuildings – please see below

  • STUDIO £150.00 Inc. VAT or £125.00 plus VAT. per visit
  • 1 BEDROOM £168.00 Inc. VAT or £140.00 plus VAT. per visit
  • 2 BEDROOMS £186.00 Inc. VAT or £155.00 Plus VAT. Per visit
  • 3 BEDROOMS £204.00 Inc. VAT or £170.00 Plus VAT. per visit
  • 4 BEDROOMS + £228.00 Inc. VAT or £190.00 plus VAT. per visit

Furnished properties as per above: + £25.00 (Inc. VAT) per visit
