Lettings Terms of Business

As from 14 May 2025 all letting agents will be subject to Financial Sanctions reporting obligations and therefore will be required to screen all potential Tenants, Landlords and other relevant parties against financial sanctions list before entering into contracts or accepting payments (regardless of rental value).

Preparing an Inventory and Schedule of Condition of the property. Dependent on the number of bedroom (s) and/or size of the property and outbuildings – please see below

1 BEDROOM £168.00 Inc. VAT or £140.00 plus VAT. per visit
2 BEDROOMS £186.00 Inc. VAT or £155.00 Plus VAT. Per visit
3 BEDROOMS £204.00 Inc. VAT or £170.00 Plus VAT. per visit
4 BEDROOMS + £228.00 Inc. VAT or £190.00 plus VAT. per visit

Furnished properties as per above: + £25.00 (Inc. VAT) per visit
