Janice Chissick our founding Director started her career in the industry in 1979 joining Randalls in Barkingside as a Junior Negotiator. Gaining experience in all the local areas including Chigwell, Loughton, Woodford, Barkingside, Clayhall, Redbridge, Hainault and beyond. Janice has acquired over forty years of experience which certainly paved the way for the knowledge and experience to embark on a successful venture with CHISSICK ESTATES and passing on to the dedicated team members and of course our clients too.
Working with corporate companies and rising to Branch Manager level Janice has always lead from the front laying the foundation for a successful local Independent Agency to enter the market place, make a positive impact and gain a healthy market share. Her experience extends to working within other Independent Estate Agents also.
